The hotel offers a mix of comfort and cleanliness with some issues. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean, providing a spotless experience. However, there were some unwanted guests like cockroaches that required attention. The service was a blend of helpfulness and inconvenience, with notable positive changes made to enhance my stay. The location was convenient but had some cleanliness issues, particularly with flies around the food. The dining provided good options but needed updates in food handling practices. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
